Hi, I'm Apryl Stephenson

This is my Story

I was born a seeker. Throughout my life I never felt like I belonged. I always felt like something was missing. So from a very early age I learned to perform and people please and my life went down a path that looked excellent on paper but I felt completely unfulfilled. I kept asking myself the question, “is this all there is”?  Slowly, over time I made choices that took me further and further away from my authentic self. My life was on autopilot. There was never enough time. I was overwhelmed in all areas of my life. I was miserable. I found myself raising my children alone and dealing with never ending external stress and chaos. I had been on a spiritual journey for many years but in 2019 I began making huge shifts in my life. It wasn’t easy. I ended relationships that were unhealthy. I moved. I changed careers. I created an environment for myself and my children that was safe and filled with love. I started truly loving myself and taking care of myself in a way that I never had before. I took full responsibility for my own happiness. I became whole. And then I started remembering that I have a mission in this life. Today I can say with confidence that I’m here to stand with my brothers and sisters to raise the consciousness of the planet. I am a multifaceted woman who's journey has led to this moment. I am a mother. I am a daughter. I am an artist. I am a dancer. I am a student. I am a teacher. I am a healer. I am a soul entrepreneur. I am a land guardian. I am the founder of Heart Tribe. 

Heart Tribe is a movement. It’s a way of being. It’s a community of souls who feel called to raise their consciousness. To heal themselves and their lineage. To live a joy filled life of purpose. To raise the next generation of leaders with open hearts. It all begins with the heart. When we heal our own hearts we heal our ancestors and we heal the world. Let’s walk this path together!
